🌟 Congratulations to Lead EMT Instructor Dana Conte! 🌟
We are incredibly proud to announce that Dana Conte has been awarded the EMS Educator of the Year at last night’s Awards Dinner at the National Conference on EMS in Atlantic City!
Since the Gloucester County EMS EMT Training Academy opened its doors in 2018, our educators have set a new standard for excellence in EMS instruction. In that short time, three of our instructors have earned this prestigious statewide honor—a testament to the remarkable talent and dedication within our Academy.
Dana’s commitment to EMS education is nothing short of extraordinary. Known from early in her career for her clinical competence, strong work ethic, and drive for continuous improvement, she quickly became the kind of clinician every partner hopes to see next to their name on the schedule. Those same qualities now shine even brighter in the classroom.
As an educator, Dana is relentlessly evidence-based, innovative, and student-focused. She stays on the cutting edge of national, state, and local EMS updates—translating complex developments into clear, actionable lessons for her students. No class is ever taught the same way twice; she constantly evaluates, refines, and reimagines her teaching to ensure students not only learn—but remember.
