Up this morning with so much gratitude. However, it didn’t start off that way. It started off as anxiety.

For those that really know me know that my mother died on my 17th birthday at 42yrs old. For years like clockwork the sadness, anxiety, and for many many years fear of death plagued me as my birthday approached.

I couldn’t go back to sleep so I started praying and almost immediately I was able to recognize what was happening. Over the years as I reflect I notice it started very subtle with the rehearsing in my mind of what happened, what I lost, which wasn’t just my mom by the way, it was the opportunity to have her journey with me through life. Her getting to see me graduate along with all of my firsts.
Which still gets me choked up at times.

However, as I prayed this morning the focus wasn’t what I don’t have but what I do have…❤️LIFE❤️ I’M LIVING! I too am also a mom and many more awesome things🙌🏽🙌🏽
I’m living, learning, and growing past every trauma that has kept me shackled for many years. THANK YOU GOD!!

Today I challenge you to shift your energy not on what you don’t have, but what you do have. Find at least 1 thing to be grateful for and give thanks no matter how small or big.

I pray this encourages someone today as I know there are many people hurting deeply.

Feel all the feels. 💔
Cry 😭😭the rivers of tears you’re entitled to cry.
But, PLEASE KEEP GOING!

These services are currently available under exclusive model pricing as I complete my advanced apprenticeship toward full licensure. This opportunity is offered on a limited basis.

Permanent Makeup Scheduling Notice
Permanent Makeup services are currently offered at a separate professional training location as part of my advanced apprenticeship.

Because these services are scheduled in coordination with my training calendar, PMU appointments are not available for direct online booking at this time.

Clients interested in Powder Brows, Lip Blushing, or Eyeliner Enhancement are invited to contact me directly via telephone or direct message.
Eligible appointments will be confirmed based on availability.

This ensures each client receives the highest level of care in an intentional, supervised environment.

Scheduling & Availability
To ensure focused, high-quality service:

• Wednesdays and Fridays are reserved for advanced training and are unavailable for standard booking.
• Mondays are offered on a limited, by-request basis and will be opened selectively.
• Clients wishing to schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays are encouraged to use the Wait List when booking.

If availability opens, you will be contacted directly.

This approach allows SOL to maintain an elevated experience while honoring both client care and intentional scheduling.
