Yoga to Ease Stress & Anxiety

An introduction to simple, practical yogic tools to help manage symptoms of stress and anxiety. Attendees will also receive a discount toward enrollment in our 3-week Yoga to Ease Stress & Anxiety series.
Lately, many of us are carrying more than usual — busy minds, tension in the body, a sense of being on edge or unsettled.
This workshop offers simple, accessible yoga practices to help calm the nervous system and bring you back to a steadier place. Through gentle movement, breath, and rest, you’ll learn tools to ease stress and anxiety and support a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are.
