Do you know the difference between pain and discomfort?? Pain is the way the Universe gets our attention, to come into where we are not where we've been. Discomfort is an opportunity to grow. Discomfort is the "thing" we most often try to avoid but it's an amazing tool to delve into who we are and what's really happening in the moment. They are both energy. Energy is not static, it's always moving. Life is always moving. The next time you get uncomfortable instead of automatically trying to change the situation take a few moments to stay in it, feel it and notice what you discover.
