Happy Friday! Here’s a look at the upcoming class schedule with a change in location - we will now be indoors at Howard Payne University 🙌🤗 I am so thankful for the space and the opportunity to teach to our local community.

A few reminders:
Bring your mat and a water.
Arrive 5-10 mins before class start time.
This class is drop-in, so no rsvp needed. Add the dates and times to your calendar and show up.

For my out of town followers, I’m working on getting setup to record and offer remote classes. Thanks for being so patient, more details on that coming soon.

As a mother, a teacher and a coach - I find myself speaking words of encouragement to everyone but myself. My inner talk can be kind of tough, so i’m pausing today to focus on the good and speak to myself with love and kindness 🥰❤️ drop a heart if you can relate or if you give it a try!

Try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts.
