Join me Saturday morning at 9am for an all-levels vinyasa that incorporates breath, yoga postures and mindful movement, set to a fun and engaging music playlist. The yoga postures are linked together in a flowing sequence with the breath - to generate heat within the body, facilitate mindfulness and increase strength and stability.
