This nails it. ❤️ As mothers, we need to learn how to love and take care of ourselves FIRST, so we can give to our full capacity and from the alignment of our love, energy, empowerment, and wisdom to our children, partners, families, and all the people in our lives today. Somehow, we get the message that after we become mother’s, we are supposed to sacrifice it all, the things that make us happy. We need to re-program ourselves with self-love and self-care and bring ourselves back into our balance with giving and receiving. With loving others and loving ourselves. We do not have to be everything to everybody!!!
