We had a ball! Today we participated in . We had a team to split the challenge, run 0.75 then do lunges, bear crawl, burpees, and sprint! The Thrive team included Amy, Anna, Hillary, and Rachel. Kelly did the whole thing herself! Whew! Go team and go Kelly!!!

It's a life saver... meal prep. When you are trying to eat to fuel your body and mind, reduce your choices by meal prepping. If you prepare a healthy meal ahead of time, you are more likely to eat it than choose something else. Decision fatigue is real. Limit your choices to easily choose your health.
