The Northwest Physical Therapy team is looking for therapist who want to have a greater influence on the type of care they deliver and what their salaries will be. In my thirty years of practice, I’ve experienced the decline of insurance reimbursement to unsustainable levels. We are responding by building a state-of-the-art therapy and functional fitness facility, moving away from third party payers and altering our compensation to a base salary of $30.00 hr. and a share in a percentage of your daily accounts receivable. You decide how much you work and how much you make and you know the exact amounts that are charged and what is received from the insurance carrier.

Essential Job Functions
• Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms
• Evaluate mobility, movement dysfunction, balance coordination and physical function.
• Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results
• Developing personalized treatment plans using a variety of treatment
• Coordinate with patient’s primary physician and other medical professionals
• Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress
• Assess patient progress and make plan adjustments
• Advise and demonstrate exercises, movements, and home workouts
• Record and document patient care services in WebPT program
• Assist in the marketing of the clinic and contribute to program development.

Northwest Physical Therapy is looking for a skilled and compassionate Practice Manager to join our team of rehabilitation specialists. We have been fortunate to provide care to the Roslyn and Cle Elum community for over 20 years and are building a new state of the art facility. We have developed a uniquely skilled team that will be in partnership with this position that includes administrative, medical billing and a HR specialist with over 50 yrs. of collective experience. You as the leader of the team are to ensure that the office runs smoothly. The purpose of the Practice Manager is to ensure that our practice is efficient and provides excellent customer service with the goal of creatively negotiating the challenges providing healthcare presents.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or advance medical administration degree
• Two years of administrative/clerical or customer service experience in a medical setting
• Current computer experience (medium to expert level) in Microsoft and QuickBooks
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Two years of medical billing and insurance collection experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
• Oversee and supervise office staff.
• Analyze, organize, and update office production and procedures to develop new ways to improve efficiency with office operations, patient retention and profitability.
• Analyze and organize office operations, including but not limited to, bookkeeping, invoice processing, cash control, review and validate payroll transaction entries, set up and clarify new employee benefit and other administrative duties.
• Develop and implement office budgets and manage the procurement of general office supplies and equipment.
• Recruitment, retention and termination of staff, work with HR focal to assess, investigate and resolve employee issues.
• Submitting and process insurance claims, work with HMO and PPO plans, and present treatment plans to patients.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of software systems to compile, store and retrieve data for managerial reporting. Review and update media sites when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state laws, ensure a safe work environment by complying with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations and laws, and ensure compliance with office and company policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to support the office/company.

Cle Elum/Roslyn is located 70 miles outside of Seattle that offers the beauty of the East Cascades and an alternative to urban bustle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greeting patients and gym members, processing payments and copays
• Answering phones and scheduling patients (experience with both medical documentation/EMR-scheduling software preferable)
• Obtaining insurance benefits and authorizations with variety of insurance companies
• Contacting medical providers to obtain patient records
• Coordinating insurance claims with billing department
• Assist in patient heat/cool set ups for Therapists when needed.
• Light housekeeping duties

We are unfortunately closed due to recent fire 2-19-21 causing much damage and closure of the current facility.

We are grateful to everyone who has reached out.

We will be relocating to a temporary location at 105 N Pennsylvania Ave Cle Elum WA 98922 until such time that the Bull Durham Building can be restored.

We are hoping for a possible opening October 2021 but more information will be provided as we know the status of the remodeling of our temporary location.
