Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Into the Forest women’s retreat on Saturday!

We spent two beautiful hours awakening our senses in the crisp November sunshine, grounding into nature, and reconnecting with ourselves and each other. From the delicious, hormone-supportive foods to the real, honest conversations about navigating every phase of a woman’s life — plus some empowering pelvic floor education — the day was nourishing on every level.

So grateful to colaborate with Kristen Brown and Dawn Ambrose for this event. It is so important for women to gather, share, learn, and lift one another up. Thank you for showing up with open hearts and open minds.
