Alec tried a few jobs before finding his fit — roles that didn’t highlight his strengths or match the hopes he had for himself. 💚 Through One Vision’s Community Employment Services, he discovered his calling at One Vision Thrift Solutions. He started by running the baler and riding along on pickups — and through hard work and guidance, Alec now takes the wheel on his own route and earned his forklift credentials.

Now, Alec thrives in a role where he works independently, grows with purpose, and is recognized as an “extreme asset” by his supervisor.
