I love practicing in a class, under the watchful eye of an instructor, but sometimes you can't make it to class. A home practice is a great way to get a practice in when you've short on time or can't get to a class. There are lots of online resources to help guide your home practice. Yoga International is my favorite! In this article they share some guidelines to starting your own home practice.

You may find yourself asking "How do I get better at yoga?" Creating a home practice can launch you to the next level.
