✨ The 2026 Class Schedule Is Here! ✨
Start the new year with movement that nourishes your body, calms your mind, and supports your wellbeing. I’m excited to offer a full lineup of classes designed for every body and every level:
Tuesdays 8:30 - 9:15 am: Mindful Movement – A fun, relaxing fusion inspired by dance, yoga, martial arts, and Pilates.
Wednesdays 12 - 1 pm: Mindful Flow Yoga – A blend of breath, presence, and fluid movement.
Wednesdays 6 - 7 pm: Slow Flow Yoga – Move with intention, build strength, and find your natural rhythm.
Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30 pm: Retorative / Yin – Combining long-held Yin and fully supported Restorative poses to release tension, nourish the nervous system, and invite deep rest and renewal.
Fridays 8:30 - 9:30 am: Gentle Yoga – Soft, supportive sequences perfect for beginners or anyone seeking ease.
Whether you’re looking to stretch, unwind, build strength, or simply take a mindful pause in your week, there’s something here for you.
