Gorgeous!!! Echinacea is used for the first signs of feeling unwell. It’s also a great option for those that work around a lot of people (hospital, school, nursing home) to use it one week a month.
Echinacea stimulates the immune system…which is wonderful, and that is also why you wouldn’t t use it everyday. Just when needed. If you’re traveling, echinacea should be with you!! Mandatory (in my mind) if you’re flying on a ✈️.
