Our Story:

Being independent. Having a choice. Close to family. Feeling like home. These are the things we cherish. In 1999 a group of North Iowa men and women realized there was a specific housing need. Apple Valley Clear Lake was built using local labor to create a special place where people can live as independently as possible and get the support they need. Over time Apple Valley grew to Osage and Charles City as a way to provide more housing options in those communities, too.
