If your bed partner snores or has untreated sleep-disordered breathing then this is for you!

Have them get evaluated by their physician for sleep. If they get a sleep study and have sleep apnea then they could get a CPAP or we can make an oral appliance to help keep their airway open at night.

How does thumb sucking influence your child's growth and airway?

The tongue needs to be on the roof of the mouth! Otherwise we can see stunted development like a narrow face, narrow dental arch which leads to crowded teeth, and high palate which takes up the breathing space in the nasal cavity.
