We’d like to give a huge thank you to our friend Sam from 365 Hospice for spending time with us and hosting Bingo for our residents! 🎉
Not only did Sam bring some great prizes, but she also added a fun twist to our usual game by introducing bonus numbers, which made the excitement even bigger. Our residents had a wonderful time and there were lots of smiles and laughter around the room.
We truly appreciate Sam and all of the wonderful agencies who partner with us to help bring fun, engagement, and special programming to our residents. Your support helps make days like this extra memorable! ❤️

Mondays are for music at CCC! 🎶
Our CCC Chimers were sounding wonderful today as they practiced together and filled the room with beautiful melodies. There’s something truly special about watching this group come together, focus on the rhythm, and create music as a team.
Music plays such an important role in activity programming for older adults. It helps stimulate memory, improve mood, encourage social interaction, and even support coordination and concentration. Whether residents are listening, singing along, or performing like our talented Chimers, music brings joy, connection, and a wonderful sense of accomplishment.
We are so proud of this group and all the hard work they put into their practice each week. 🎵

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Gunpowder Grill for a lunch outing with friends. The food, service, and conversation were all exceptional. If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, it was a clear crowd favorite. Stay tuned to see where we may appear next!

What a beautiful day to be outside! ☀️
We feel so fortunate to have such a lovely porch area where our residents can relax, enjoy the fresh air, and spend time socializing. It’s the perfect place to visit with friends and family, share stories, and simply enjoy the sunshine together.
Days like this remind us how special it is to slow down, soak in the beauty around us, and appreciate the wonderful company we share.❤️

We had a wonderful afternoon of creativity and connection during CCC Crafting! 🌼🧩 Our residents had a great time building beautiful flower sets and enjoying some hands-on Lego fun together.

We were especially happy to welcome our Physician Assistant Chelsea Westen, former nurse practitioner Beth Shaw, and Chelsea’s daughter Ellie, who joined us for the activity. It was so special to see generations coming together — sharing laughs, building flowers, and making memories.

Moments like these remind us how meaningful simple activities can be. Crafting not only keeps minds and hands active, but it also brings people together in the best way. Thank you to Chelsea, Beth, and little Ellie for spending part of their day with our CCC family! 💛

Last evening we were off to see the Wizard! 🌈👠

Residents enjoyed a magical night out at the opening performance of Curwensville Area High School’s production of The Wizard of Oz. From the moment the curtain opened, we were transported straight down the Yellow Brick Road. The students did a fantastic job bringing this beloved classic to life with wonderful music, colorful costumes, and so much talent.

Somewhere over the rainbow there may be dreams that come true — but last night the magic was right here with us. Thank you to the students and staff for such a delightful performance. We loved every minute of it! ✨
