🚂What a wonderful day we had riding the Easter Eggspress! 🚂
From festive fun on the train to smiles all around with the Easter Bunny, it was a day full of laughter and great memories for our residents.🐰
After our ride, we headed out to enjoy a delicious supper at one of our favorite spots, Marzoni’s—always a hit! 🍝❤️
Days like these are what it’s all about…good food, great company, and making special memories together. 💛

Tonight we held our CCC Family Egg Hunt, and what a wonderful evening it was! 🐣🌷 The Easter Bunny made a special appearance, there were fun prizes, and our talented residents even baked delicious homemade cookies for everyone to enjoy.
We had such an amazing turnout, and it truly meant so much to see our residents, their families, and our team members and their families all coming together. Events like this remind us how special our CCC community really is. 💛

LifeStories Memory Care started the day with a lively game of noodle ball. We prioritize multiple daily exercise sessions, recognizing the connection between heart and brain health. Incorporating fun into our exercise routines is always a positive experience.

Today wraps up our final day of clinicals, and I could not be more proud of these students and the growth they have shown throughout this experience.

A heartfelt thank you to Colonial Courtyard of Clearfield for opening your doors to our program. Your staff has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and dedicated to helping our students learn what it truly means to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

To the residents, thank you for your kindness, patience, and the stories you shared. You made this experience meaningful in ways that go far beyond the classroom.

These moments are where future healthcare professionals are shaped. Skills can be taught, but compassion, empathy, and connection are experienced and practiced. That is exactly what happened here.
