February challenge update!

This month I participated in a couple of heart-health challenges and tried to practice what I preach to my patients.

Between clinic days I logged:
🚴‍♀️ 58 biking miles
🏃‍♀️ 8 running miles
💪 Averaged 25 push-ups a day

The goal was 1,000 push-ups for Heart Month, but my shoulder had other plans. So I made up for it with a few extra miles instead.

One thing I tell patients all the time: movement doesn’t have to be perfect to count. Small, consistent effort adds up over time.

Thanks to everyone who supported these fundraisers for the American Heart Association and Ronald McDonald House this month.

You are allowed to:

📍Ask that insurance be billed first
📍Contact your insurance to verify your remaining deductible
📍Discuss alternatives if the cost would delay care
