Our culture is overly fixated on values such as wealth, success, and attractiveness; that ultimately prove hollow when you have no one to share them with. Rekindle an old friendship, make a new one, or reach out to friends and family members who are in your life now. While there are certainly times when it's appropriate to end a friendship, be honest with yourself; are you nursing a petty grudge more attentively than you're nourishing the more enduring qualities of companionship, compassion, and care?

It's natural to worry about whether other people love and approve of you but remember that others also worry about the same things. We're all perfectly imperfect, and most often, no matter what has happened in the past, friends and family will be honored and touched you reach out to them and show them positive regard.

Tend to your little sparks of connection, regularly, and keep the fire of friendship burning. In the darkest night, even on single candle flame of love will confer a glorious glow.🐦‍⬛🎃🧙‍♀️
