The main problem with Diet's in my opinion is the first 3 letters- DIE
Please note that no diet is the be-all, end-all for your health needs. You can lose weight on just about any diet, so long as you’re in a caloric deficit (that is, you burn more calories than you consume). (1) The same is true if you’re looking to put on some muscle mass. No diet is necessarily better than the other in accomplishing this. Prioritize calories first, and then choose a diet style based on your preference.

Garlic steak bite salad with italian dressing (EVOO, herbs, balsamic)
This keto steak salad is hearty and packed with flavor. Juicy steak bites fried in garlic butter and served with fresh veggies and a dressing to die for!
1. Pick your favorite steak cut and cube it
2. Peel and slice 3 cloves of garlic (more if you love it like I do)
3. Warm the oil and sautee the garlic for 2 to 3 minutes don't burn it
4. Cook the steak to your preferred temperature
5. Toss in your favorite greens for an easy 30 minute meal (Strawberries optional and in moderation)
