We will gently and intentionally let go of what no longer needs to follow us into the new year.

This intimate, cozy workshop is designed to help you release, reset, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your heart.

✨ Reflective journaling & guided prompts
✨ Energy release (gentle + empowering)
✨ Group Reiki + collective intention setting
✨ Closing + gratitude

This will be held at my home so there is limited spaces available. Healthy snacks, tea, and water will be provided. Choose a date that works best for you. Please contact me for registration or if you have any questions.
