Shamanic Qigong & Sound Bath meditation ( 3 hours 🔥 event)
When we work in a ceremony, we work at the level of the soul. A Despacho is similar to a mandala or sacred creation in that it holds symbolic elements and the prayers of the participants. As the shamans add the elements to the despacho, the vibration of the participants and the room rises. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing.

Dear Qi friends.
What represents winter ☃️ ☃️ ❄️ Solstice"Changzhi"?
Winter solstice is a time to be genuinely grateful for all that has transpired the previous year as well as a time to let go of all that has been used up including the sorrows and missed opportunities of the past year.

Solstice begins the time of the winter when the most important elemental quality of that season is to do the best you can to rest and regenerate. As the winter is the season of the water element, any practices you can do to build up your kidneys will improve your life in the next season spring- wood which is dominated by the liver and the wood element.

Winter is the time to let go of fear and is the natural time of the year to find acceptance for the changes in your life rather than being consumed by the fears of what will go wrong.

Most of 70% of the people tend to put on a few extra pounds during the winter season since the days are shorter and we are less active. It is good to go into winter with the awareness that while you need warming food, you don't need as much food as you do during the most active season of the year.

Keep food portions on the smaller side, and be sure to get out and get your heart pumping from a consistent exercise regimen.
Chances are at some time in your life you’ve made a New Year’s resolution and then broken it. This year, stop the cycle of resolving to make a change and then not following through. If your resolution is to take better care of yourself and get healthy, you will have a much better year if your resolution sticks.

Our final Sound Bath meditation with ancient shamanic instruments 2025 this last morning invited us to slow down, release , restore and embrace all the blessings of this year to vibrate in gratitude.

About Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino

Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino, a 1992 graduate in Law School at San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru; with Postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Marketing is the Owner and Founder of Sadana Center.

Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino is also a professional martial artist with more than 30 years of training and has been teaching for over 15. His training began at the age of 7 years old when he took his first Martial Arts class.

As a younger adult, he lived and studied in a Buddhist Temple Tian-Tan (Temple of Heaven) in Lima, Peru.

​He studied the Chinese Martial Arts Chuan - Fa (Five Animals), White Crane Qi Gong, Buddhist Philosophy; Meditative Arts, and Oriental Healing methods under the direction of the Honorable Master Yin Lung Tsa.
