The winter months are long. Anxiety and depression can settle in. Check up on the elderly or disabled. Make sure they have heat and food. A little kindness can brighten those days.

Just a reminder to let you know that not everyone will be spending time with their loved ones this Christmas. Many seniors and adults with disabilities will be all alone. So be a Good Elf and check in on them.
