We want to offer our heartfelt congratulations to Monique Spruill on her promotion to Vice President of Operations of SenCare Management. SenCare provides management services to senior living communities that offer assisted living, independent living, and memory care services throughout Florida. Mrs. Spruill has more than 20 years of sales and operations experience in healthcare, and in 2022, FALA honored her with the Sid Rosenblatt Excellence in Leadership Award. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and an approved trainer for Florida. In her role, she will oversee SenCare's regional teams across the state. Grand Villa is honored to work with Mrs. Spruill and SenCare.
