IMPORTANT UPDATE 📣📣📣
Dear Valued Luxpar Beauty Client,
I truly appreciate your support and the trust you place in Luxpar Beauty for your appointments. I never want to inconvenience anyone, but I do need to share an important update to our cancellation policy.
Because appointment times are reserved especially for you, last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it very difficult to offer those times to other clients who are often booked weeks in advance. With short notice, I’m unable to refill those appointments. This directly affects me as well as clients who have been waiting for appointments.
Going forward, a $50 cancellation or no-show fee will apply to any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely.
To help support this policy, a credit card will be required on file for all bookings. This ensures that appointment times are respected as valuable time for both my clients and myself.
I completely understand that unexpected situations can come up, and I always aim to be fair and compassionate when possible.
