🌍 From Global Government Contracts to Local Impact: Meet Anna Rusinowski, Chief Operating Officer of CDIQ Consulting.
💼 Leadership at CDIQ Consulting is built on vision, expertise, and heart, and our Chief Operating Officer, Anna Rusinowski, brings all three to every client engagement.
🏛️ Anna’s career began in Detroit, Michigan, where she supported United States Army vehicle and service procurement at the U.S. Army Tank- Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM). A bold move to Europe in 2010 led to five years of high-stakes federal contracting based in Kaiserslautern Germany, with responsibility for procurements in Spain and Turkey.
She led contract portfolios over $100M procuring complex logistics, base support, and healthcare services serving military facilities overseas and in the United States. She educated and mentored both military and civilian personnel in demanding operational environments.
🌐 Her story is not only about contracts, it is about connection.
🏔️ During her years overseas, Anna ran a half marathon in Paris, swam in the Greek Isles, skied the Swiss Alps, and celebrated her family’s Polish heritage in Gdańsk, Poland. Anna also reads, speaks, and writes in Polish, which deepens her connection to her heritage and to the communities she serves.
She built bridges between cultures, strengthened communities, and brought winning energy to every negotiation.
📍Now based in Clearwater Beach, Florida, Anna channels that global experience directly into CDIQ Consulting's mission.
She oversees operations for our physician-led Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), revenue cycle, and quality consulting firm, ensuring every engagement is strategically structured, contractually sound, and operationally excellent.
From advanced CDI education and curriculum development to multi-site consulting with hospitals and academic partners, Anna makes sure our clients receive not only expertise, but a long-term, trusted partnership.
