**CLOSING 3/18** It is with a sad heart I am announcing the closing of my office on March 18th. I am here until March 18th though! So call/text/email for a treatment before I go. Thank you so much to my patients that have trusted me with their care. It only took me 3 times to not cry while recording this 😭 I am grateful I got to meet each of you. Through my 7 years at this location you have referred family and friends and coworkers, the ultimate compliment. Thank you thank you thank you.

Movement patterns with compensations will lead to overloaded joints and tissue. SI joint pain (the dimple area) is often the result of these poor patterns. Try out this 90/90 position if you suffer from low back or SI joint pain. DM me if you would like the full end range exercise.

Made it on the little screen! Happy to help with a quick story about kids and ergonomics while schooling from home. Kids need a good work space just like adults. As their spines and muscles continue to develop be sure to protect them with proper posture and lots and lots of movement. Keep their screens at eye level and stay aware of complaints of headaches. Also, BIG deal is get some blue light blocking glasses. Not only do they protect the eyes and lessen fatigue, they allow for natural melatonin production (the stuff that regulates sleep cycle) to continue, something that's otherwise disrupted by harmful blue light produced by phones, tablets, TVs.
