Esther pursued a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington, driven by a passion for serving people. Her career has primarily been in the non-profit sector, specializing in supporting individuals through pregnancy and connecting them with vital resources. She thrives on identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and create user-friendly solutions. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys adventuring with her husband and two children. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. With three years of comprehensive experience working as an RN, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Credentialing Specialist.
"In her leisure time, Lauren enjoys time with her husband and their two rescue chiweenies. She is an avid reader and loves a good cup of coffee."

Barbara has over 12 years of experience in HR healthcare and revenue cycle management. She has a bachelor's in business administration from the University of St. Thomas. Barbara provides exceptional customer service experience in every interaction and does not shy away from any challenge thrown her way. Barbara has been married for 13 years and has two beautiful children also working in the healthcare industry.

3.37% Medicare physician pay cuts that took effect Jan. 1 are getting major pushback by healthcare providers across the country, and rightly so! "The AMA and more than 120 other national medical organizations and state medical societies last week called on Congress (PDF) to pass legislation to reverse the 3.37% Medicare physician pay cuts that took effect Jan. 1." We are very excited to spotlight another new team member at StreamRev Credentialing, LLC:
D’Andrea Floyd, also known as Dee, is a Client Account Manager for StreamRev Credentialing LLC. She comes with a background in nursing, Certified Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, and credentialing. After working for a major healthcare insurance company, Dee saw the pain the physicians and providers go through to receive compensation for their services and procedures. As a nurse, it pained her personally to see that MDs do not have enough time to spend with patients due to the burden of credentialing paperwork.
Outside of work, Dee loves trying new foods from different cultures. She has been married for 18 years to an Active Duty Officer of the US Army. They have a daughter and two puppies. Currently living in the Pacific Northwest, they love to explore and meet new people. She also loves painting, drawing, and graphic/instructional design. Spending quality time with family and friends is most important to her, which is why she is eager to help relieve the stresses of managing a medical practice for healthcare providers across the country.

Originally born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Tonia Flowers now resides in Dallas, Texas. Tonia has 20 years of healthcare experience, and saw I need to help physicians with private practices, achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals that attracted them to a career in medicine. Tonia decided to become certified five years ago as a medical revenue manager, and is now focused on credentialing on the StreamRev team. When she is not busy with credentialing clients, Tonia enjoys Book Club, Zumba classes, and spending time with her husband and friends, especially when traveling back to Omaha where her family still resides.
