Tuesdays at 6:30 PM

Thursdays at 9:00 AM

You can join in person or online!

This is a structured, skills-based group — not a sharing group — designed to help patients practice tools that support mental health. In some cases, participants naturally get to know each other, which can be a nice bonus.

Katherine R. Rizzo, DO, is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. Certified in TMS since 2019, Dr. Rizzo is passionate about helping patients find relief from depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health conditions, empowering them to rediscover the happiness they deserve.

Dr. Rizzo graduated from the University of Florida (Microbiology & Cell Science) and the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
