I love The Why Files :) but as a therapist, I cannot explore you more to listen! One of the hardest things I do is help people change their perspective. This has merit, it has been studied and proven time and time again. This has been said a thousand times under different ways and different names. Meditation, visualization, “finding your happy place”, manifesting, mindfulness, and so many others.
