Of course we can't let this week end without giving props to our Administrator Samantha King!! Since her return to the Trails she has assisted with our star rating up from a 1 to 4. Under her leadership we had a deficiency free state survey. She was nominated as the best of the best boss for 2025 as well winning the best of the best therapy 2025. She has brought love and light into this building and is loved by residents, families and staff alike. As she continues to improve the lives of so many please join us in celebrating Samantha King today and everyday!! Thank you for everything you do for us and for making our world brighter!! Caring for patients with complex respiratory needs requires not only skill and knowledge, but also patience, attentiveness, and a genuine heart for service. Your commitment to monitoring, educating, and advocating for our residents makes a meaningful difference in their comfort, health, and quality of life.

In a nursing home setting, your hard work often happens quietly behind the scenes, but the impact is seen in every improved breath, every reassured family member, and every patient who receives thoughtful, attentive care.
