Harmony Bay Wellness is an outpatient behavioral health facility providing treatment for primary mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, PTSD, other mental health conditions, as well as co-occurring substance use disorders.
Harmony Bay Wellness will be in-network with all major insurance carriers. Most insurance policies are accepted as well as cash pay. No Medicaid or Medicare.
Harmony Bay will provide the following services:
-Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management: All individuals seeking medication to assist in symptom management will receive a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and on-going medication management services. All psychiatric services are provided on an individual basis by either a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse (APN). The comprehensive psychiatric assessments typically last 45 minutes. Medication management services are provided at mutually agreed upon intervals and are 15-30 minutes in length.
-Individual Therapy: Clients will receive one on one counseling from credentialed clinicians, that utilize a variety of modalities to treat clients’ specific needs. Examples of treatment techniques used by our therapists are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Individual therapy sessions range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on client need.
-Intensive Outpatient (IOP): Clients requiring more frequent contact to stabilize psychiatric symptoms may participate in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). IOP services offers a minimum of 9 hours services per week. Weekly therapy interventions include three hours of group therapy three times per week, individual therapy, and psychiatric services. IOP services are offered in the day or evening. Individuals can enter this level of care based on the recommendation of a current clinician or psychiatrist, presentation during intake, or as a step-down from in-patient or higher level of care. Harmony Bay offers both mental health and co-occurring IOP services.
-Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT): Clients who present with co-occurring substance use disorders may be candidates for maintenance Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Medication Assisted Treatment occurs in conjunction with therapy and is the use of prescribed medications to normalize brain chemistry, block the euphoric effects of substances, reduce psychological cravings, and assist in normalizing bodily functions. These medications can be administered at home daily, suboxone or naltrexone, or be administered by our nursing staff on a monthly basis, sublocade or vivitrol. Clients receiving MAT will be required to participate in additional services to qualify.
TeleHealth: TeleHealth is the use of HIPPA compliant information technologies, such as video conferencing, to provide the behavioral health services individuals need. Individuals with limited access to transportation, busy schedules, or reside in remote locations can utilize this service to meet regularly with a qualified therapist and/or psychiatrist for behavioral health treatment. Harmony Bay will be offering telehealth treatment options for Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management and Individual Counseling. This allows clients self-care to more easily fit into their current lifestyle.
