Okay but let’s get a little nerdy for a second 🤓✨

This is an EDF taping cut on the knee — designed to help decompress, support, and encourage lymphatic flow in the area. This was especially beneficial for my arthritic knee and lipedema.

It might look like abstract art (and honestly… I’m not mad about it 🎨), but there’s intention behind every strip. This style of taping helps lift the tissue slightly, creating space for better fluid movement and support without restricting motion and it is cooling. Awesome for inflammation!

So yes… it’s cute and functional 💁‍♀️

Perfect for swelling, post-session support, or when your knee just needs a little extra love between appointments 💛

Holding your mouth open for an extended appointment puts sustained tension on the jaw — especially the masseter and deeper muscles.

It’s common to notice:
• Jaw soreness
• Headaches
• Ear pressure
• Neck tightness
• Facial puffiness

Exciting news I received a wonderful surprise from NCBTMB-an official recognition of my Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork-this journey has been both challenging and rewarding. This exam was no walk in the park but the time I spent studying helped me deepen my knowledge and grow as a practitioner.
