Do you often wonder what to eat to nourish both you and your baby? 🤱💛
Many new mothers struggle to find balance during the postpartum period and often place their own needs last. But small, intentional self-care habits — like making sure you’re getting adequate nutrients — can make a meaningful difference. When moms are nourished, they’re better able to care for themselves and give their babies the best possible start in life.
Join Julianna Lyle on March 26 from 12–1 PM to learn more about Supportive Nutrition for Breastfeeding Moms.
You deserve nourishment, too. 💚
