We’ve got a new name, and a new face! Restore Breath and Bodywork reflects the shift in our practice philosophy over the past two years, as well as the exciting new treatments we offer. While we will still offer orthopedic massage for pre and post-operative clients, we are excited to make postural restoration and breath coaching our focus.

I also would like to welcome Shavon Cassel LMT to the team. She specializes in Swedish massage, cupping, and will be taking orthopedic massage courses soon! If you are looking to relax or recover with full body massage, you are in good hands with Shavon! She is available to book appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
