The Sidhe are "cousins" of a higher vibration to humans that live on Earth in another higher dimension. When a united race came to manifest in the third dimension, they chose to remain in the higher dimensions, and are coming together now to create balance and harmony in the world and help the Earth ascend, as was the agreement.
