💚 Southern Nutrition Family — We Need Your Prayers and Support 💚

Family, we’re reaching out today with heavy hearts to ask for love, prayers, and support for one of our own.

Our good friend and longtime customer Matt Burnett brother Christopher Burnett was in a severe motorcycle accident on September 27th that left him with a broken femur, broken vertebrae, seven broken ribs, a broken sternum, and two partially collapsed lungs. He’s already undergone multiple surgeries, including femur repair with rods and screws, and he’s now in the long, painful process of recovery.

Despite everything, Christopher’s fighting spirit hasn’t dimmed one bit — he’s still repping his Southern Nutrition shirt, staying strong, and determined to walk again. That’s the kind of grit and heart that inspires all of us. 🙏

His brother Matt reached out to us asking if we could help share his story and GoFundMe page to help cover medical and living expenses while he heals. Anything — even a few dollars — helps take a load off their shoulders during this tough time.

If you can’t donate, please share this post or drop a comment of encouragement below so Christopher can feel the support of his entire Southern Nutrition family behind him. 💪💚

Let’s lift him up the way this community always does — together.

Southern Nutrition Family

We need everyone’s help congratulating one of our long-standing customers — and more importantly, a true part of our SN family — Tommy Horton

This past weekend, Tommy stepped on stage at the 2025 INBA PNBA Pro/Am The Icons competition in Tampa, held at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center. He put in the work, trusted the process, and it showed in a BIG way. đź’Ş

Not only did Tommy bring an incredible package to the stage, but he also walked away with hardware — two massive INBA gold medals 🥇🥇 proudly hanging around his neck. That smile says it all — years of discipline, grit, and heart paid off under those bright stage lights.

Tommy, we’re beyond proud of you and honored to have played even a small part in your journey. You’re proof of what dedication, consistency, and the right mindset can accomplish.

SN family, let’s show him some love 👇 Drop your congratulations and encouragement in the comments to celebrate Tommy’s amazing accomplishment and his big wins at The Icons. 🏆🔥

📣 This Is Our Story — From the Heart

Delaney is here. 👶❤️

And while it’s easy to share a photo with a smile, I want to be honest — getting here wasn’t easy. This whole experience has pushed us to our limits, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

We’ve built our life and business around health. Around doing things the right way. Around giving people better choices — cleaner, more natural options when the world throws cheap shortcuts at you.

So when we were told that we might not produce enough breast milk…
When formula was being pushed from the moment we walked into the hospital…
When oxytocin was given early on to speed things up, before we were ready…

It rattled us.

We didn’t want to be difficult. We weren’t trying to fight the system. But we also knew — in our hearts — that we wanted to give our daughter the best chance we could. Emily has poured everything into her health for years. And I’ve watched her show up with discipline and love, day in and day out. There was no reason she couldn’t breastfeed. Just pressure. Just fear.

And man… that pressure is loud.

When you’re exhausted, vulnerable, and being told to do something “just in case,” it takes everything in you to pause and trust your gut. Especially when you feel like you’re swimming against the current. Especially when your whole world is riding on this tiny, brand new, precious little human.

But we kept praying. Kept breathing. Kept leaning on each other.
And Emily — she showed up with more strength and grace than I can even explain.
Watching her bring Delaney into this world will forever be the most powerful thing I’ve ever witnessed.

Now that we're home, we’re seeing just how much we’ve been shielded from. The plastics. The chemicals. The preservatives in products made for babies. It’s heartbreaking… and honestly overwhelming.

But it also fires us up.

Because this journey reminded us why we do what we do. Why we opened Southern Nutrition. Why we believe in helping people take ownership of their health — not just for themselves, but for their families.

So yeah, we’re tired. But our hearts are full.
And we’re more committed than ever to walk this path — even when it’s hard.

If you’ve been part of our story in any way… thank you.
Your support is the reason we were able to show up fully for Emily, for Delaney, and for each other.

As a small thank-you, we’re offering a free healthy meal this week.
Not as a gimmick. Not to sell you something.
Just… dinner, from us. Because we love you. And because you’ve given us so much already.
