📣 This Is Our Story — From the Heart
Delaney is here. 👶❤️
And while it’s easy to share a photo with a smile, I want to be honest — getting here wasn’t easy. This whole experience has pushed us to our limits, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
We’ve built our life and business around health. Around doing things the right way. Around giving people better choices — cleaner, more natural options when the world throws cheap shortcuts at you.
So when we were told that we might not produce enough breast milk…
When formula was being pushed from the moment we walked into the hospital…
When oxytocin was given early on to speed things up, before we were ready…
It rattled us.
We didn’t want to be difficult. We weren’t trying to fight the system. But we also knew — in our hearts — that we wanted to give our daughter the best chance we could. Emily has poured everything into her health for years. And I’ve watched her show up with discipline and love, day in and day out. There was no reason she couldn’t breastfeed. Just pressure. Just fear.
And man… that pressure is loud.
When you’re exhausted, vulnerable, and being told to do something “just in case,” it takes everything in you to pause and trust your gut. Especially when you feel like you’re swimming against the current. Especially when your whole world is riding on this tiny, brand new, precious little human.
But we kept praying. Kept breathing. Kept leaning on each other.
And Emily — she showed up with more strength and grace than I can even explain.
Watching her bring Delaney into this world will forever be the most powerful thing I’ve ever witnessed.
Now that we're home, we’re seeing just how much we’ve been shielded from. The plastics. The chemicals. The preservatives in products made for babies. It’s heartbreaking… and honestly overwhelming.
But it also fires us up.
Because this journey reminded us why we do what we do. Why we opened Southern Nutrition. Why we believe in helping people take ownership of their health — not just for themselves, but for their families.
So yeah, we’re tired. But our hearts are full.
And we’re more committed than ever to walk this path — even when it’s hard.
If you’ve been part of our story in any way… thank you.
Your support is the reason we were able to show up fully for Emily, for Delaney, and for each other.
As a small thank-you, we’re offering a free healthy meal this week.
Not as a gimmick. Not to sell you something.
Just… dinner, from us. Because we love you. And because you’ve given us so much already.
