Nibha Mediratta, MD PL Internal Medicine practice in Clermont, FL Dr. Mediratta started her private practice back in 2010. In April 2016, Tanya Kirpalani, PA-C joined the practice.

Until the end of 2015, she had been practicing in a shared building with Dr. Shazia Nasir of South Lake Medical Center. The practice is dedicated to providing patients with high quality healthcare. The practice has taken many steps to continue to improve health outcomes while reducing healthcare expenditures. We have begun to accomplish this goal through efforts with Primary Partners ACO and obtaining certification as a Level 3 NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). In January 2016, Dr. Mediratta moved to her new location to continue to expand her practice.

We have launched Telehealth visits to accommodate our patients during this pandemic.
* All copays from our office are being waived at this time
* All acute visits, lab follow ups and medication refills can be completed via televisit with a simple click of a link, NO app or portal access is required
If you are feeling unwell, even if your symptoms are not related to the Coronavirus, please CALL THE PRACTICE FIRST at 352-243-1101 before going to the urgent care or ER. This will help you avoid exposure to patients with the virus and allow us to determine your next steps. We promise we will take care of you and you will get to see the provider in person or on video chat.

Due to the potential storms caused by Hurricane Matthew, we have decided to cancel the Flu Shot Clinic tomorrow. The office will remain open until 4:30pm if you would still like to stop by to receive your flu shot.
