✨ Your body is always talking — chronic pain is often the message.
So much of what we label as “mysterious pain” is really the body’s fascia tightening, tugging, and compensating for tiny misalignments over time.
Fascia — that web of connective tissue wrapping every muscle and organ — reacts to stress, posture, movement habits, and even emotions. When it becomes restricted, your body shifts to protect you… and that shift can create pain in places you’d never expect.

Think:
• Tight hips → low-back pressure
