We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our Ashtanga Vinyasa program. To start, we are adding two morning Open Practice times Sunday and Thursday (7:30 - 9:30 am) for people with an established Ashtanga sequence who seek to be in community. If that is something you would like to develop, hop into one of the classes beforehand with Mary Laura. She is one of our dedicated teachers who holds this practice very close to her heart, in her daily experience and in the community instructing.

Ashtanga Vinyasa is an energetic flow where individual postures (asana) are linked by flow movements (vinyasas) synchronized with the breath. Ashtanga Vinyasa can be practiced individually or as a group.

We are offering the New Student Special (swipe over) to folks who do not have a current membership with us and would like to come to the Open Practice times. It also gives access to all of our classes at Lotus Flower Yoga Collective!
