Tune into your heart. Feel it beating, always working... always supplying fresh nutrients to all tissues in your body and flushing out stagnant waste. Your blood reaches every organ, every cell. It doesn’t discriminate or avoid parts of your body but embraces every part. Your body is constantly detoxifying! Constantly bringing in what you need and letting go of what you don’t. Is there anything special in your life you need? Anything you wish to manifest or build upon? What can you be rid of in order to make space for this new experience? What no longer serves you (even if it did at one point!)? Take a lesson from your heart. Your body is wise. 💗

Our Story

It all started one holiday season when I was too poor to buy anyone gifts. I decided to make bath soaks and sugar scrubs, and realized “wow this is fun! What else can I make??”

I started making lip balms, healing salves, body butters. Then came the aromatherapy sprays and oils. Then the face toner and other skin care products. I was on a roll! I realized this is what I wanted to do with my life, even though I was still figuring it all out. I knew I needed to gain some legitimacy, so in 2015 I got my LLC and named the company after my grandmother, Adele.

In 2016, as we all know, Trump became our president. I was appalled and decided every single sale I made in December 2016 would be donated to Planned Parenthood. I kept up with my philanthropic frame of mind, and participated in events where my sales would go towards other nonprofits. I have since impressed business owners by doing so and started doing wholesale. I will continue to donate a portion of my holiday sales to a different organization each year.

May 2017, I became a certified yoga teacher and began using my products in my classes. In fall, I began massage therapy school and have plans to make my own massage lotions and oils.
