Meet Sam!

After years of personal practice, Sam was inspired to share the positive impacts yoga had on her own life. Her classes are designed to help you feel empowered and find moments of mental calm and clarity through breath and movement.
Sam completed her 200-hour YTT with Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene in the Awake to My Soul program. When she’s off the mat, you can find her exploring history, wandering through botanical gardens, or hanging out with her favorite cats! 🪴🐈
