Persist Therapy provides mobile (in the home, at daycare, in the park, at grandma's house) occupational therapy services up to 25 miles from Cleveland, MN. Peter, LeSueur, Le Center, Waseca, Belle Plaine, Faribault, Nicollet. Live outside of this area? No worries--we provide telehealth services to those in the state of Minnesota. We can also provide in-home services + mileage fee for any miles over 25.
