When you're an energy worker, alchemist, and you need a very special energetic tool and intention is everything and all the things on Etsy aren't quite right, you go to your Ride or Die, metal artist of a husband and you ask him for an assist.

One piece of iron has been cut, molded, and welded to make an Ankh. Along the handle and at the very top will be placed crystals to help clear and rest the energy in the body. This is really a special tool that I am beyond excited to use in my private healing sessions.

Did you know? Ritual and symbolic uses of iron:

Energy conductor: Iron is a strong energy conductor but is unique in that it is thought not to take on negative energy, making it a naturally cleansing and protective tool.

Ritual tools: Iron is often used to make ritual tools such as athames (ceremonial knives) and wands, which are used for directing energy.

Symbolic meaning: In some systems like alchemy, iron symbolizes the base, unrefined state of the human self (ego, fear, trauma), with the goal being to purify it into gold (the enlightened self).

Activation of power: In some African traditions, the blacksmith is seen as a figure of spiritual power, and iron itself is used to create objects that mediate with spiritual forces.

Happy Halloween everyone!

It's adjustment Friday and let me tell you. These days never disappoint, With each adjustment it is another layer of program/code that comes up for me to witness and release. The channels that are opening inside of my energetic field is outstanding. A rewiring. Then to top it off I experienced a divine massage with one of the new massage therapist at Great Lakes Health & Wellness. Her name is Tara and it was everything that I needed. I usually find it hard to relax, this itself is a rewiring in progress, but today when she started I literally felt like I melted into the moment. When I left I felt grounded and I was lighter and could walk on clouds. It was so fu***ng lovely.

The walls I built are tough to break through but each step is another thing released. And it all adds up. I am so grateful for the progress I am making in my body but in my mind. Today I remembered, It is me. I am the one. I am writing this story. Let's burn some s**t up.

Here I am after another adjustment and feeling the gratitude of my human experience. I can feel the shift I am moving through. I can feel this shift in my physical body and in my soul. Last Tuesday during my Sound Bath at the UH Library I could literally feel myself shed a layer that was no longer needed. I could feel myself step deeper into my path. As I played for the guests I could feel the energy buzzing through my body. I sat playing, meditating and holding space for 25 of the most beautiful souls and while they were on their journey I was present in mine. I can tell you that I do not believe I would be energetically in the same space without the support I am receiving from Great Lakes Health & Wellness. My body is opening now and adjusting itself to my own private yoga practice which it has not done in ages. It feels amazing. During my adjustments I feel the tension melt away. This week's adjustment was outstanding. For the past week my neck has been hurting and uncomfortable. But 5 minutes on the table and instantly the pain has gone. Such a relief!!

Afterwards I spent the day with a group of lovely people talking about supporting our body through "seasonal" changes. It was a lovely event and the best part was that I was able to show up as the best version of myself because I took time to support my body and my "season". Each adjustment leads to profound growth in my journey. It's like every adjustment exposes more of my authentic self, it releases the disguise that has hidden my true nature.

The beauty of unbecoming. Letting go of every program, every lie, every image that "they" wanted me to mold to. F**k that, I don't have time for the bulls**t they feed us. I only hold space for the Divine and my true authentic nature. I suggest you do the same.

These last couple of adjustments have open space for profound shifts and experiences in my life. My heart space is finally opening and allowing the adjustments to take place, which is just an incredible feeling. Things are finally progressing. I also feel my sound and energy experiences are connecting on a deeper more personal level.

I have completed my Reiki Master certificate and have also completed level 2 practitioner for Seichem Ancient Egyptian Energy Healing. With these new channels of energy opening for myself and my clients I have had the opportunity to tap into a clearer version of myself which in turn has created beautiful connections and deeper healing. What an amazing human experience I am having.

This week's adjustment has taken me back to patience and that the journey to get here has been long and sometimes treacherous so the journey back will not happen over night.

I don't remember the exact time or day when I started curling inward. Like, when did I literally start folding in upon myself? My shoulders curled, my head hung low. So much time spent in that position, in the hiding. Everyday I remind myself shoulders back and down, stand proud. And everyday I try to embody that just a little bit more, to stand here, proud of who I am, of who I have become and who I am transforming into. To allow my light to shine straight out of my physical body.

Yesterday, I finished my certification in Usui/Reiki Holy Fire® III. It has been transformational to my life. It is incredible to me to see the progress I have made in returning into alignment with my body and to the channel of energy I am becoming.

Without Reiki I believe my experience in this journey would have been very different. It has helped me in so many ways and continues to do so. And with the recent addition in chiropractic and massage care there is no way I could have sustained the flow of energy to the degree at which it needs. Just simply incredible.

When you take the time to really open, to be vulnerable and to trust the process, the results you can achieve are mind blowing. Take the time to witness the beauty as it unfolds in the most delicate way in your journey.

Earlier this week I had a followup massage with Angelique. What a blessing to my body. I could feel the pulse of the energy run through my whole body. Slowly and gently working its way through the tightness. Flowing into the depths of the pain and surrounding it in love. Sadly, I only had the opportunity to experience Angelique's craft these past massages for she is retiring at the end of the month. Many blessings surround her and her journey. I am lucky to have had her on my path. Her skill, intuition and unconditional love for another human changed the progress on my journey and freed up space I couldn't reach on my own.

Today's adjustment did not disappoint!! That heart space finally had a great opening release. Followed by my neck. I could instantly feel the release through my whole body. I could feel the space all week long wanting to move and open, try as hard as I could, I could not make it budge. But 5 minutes on the table and it's like I'm a whole new person. As I sat in traction my body gently began to shake. What a phenomenal feeling.

So grateful to see the work I've been putting into myself paying off. I have put so much time into noticing how I hold myself and coming back to center and releasing the tightness that I hold in almost all of my movements throughout the day. Years of pulling in and dimming have taken all they are going to get from me. It is now time to stand tall, shoulders back and down and relax into the moment and the wisdom of growth. There is no turning back now.

I feel like my body is finally open to progressing in its healing journey after last week's massage. I have had some massive releases of past pain, trauma, old stories, what have you... I have returned to practicing yoga daily, getting weekly massages, taking time to soak in hot epsom salt baths and really focusing back into myself.

This week's adjustment went smoother, my body is beginning to open in the heart space. Dr. Bey noted that I seemed more relaxed and at ease. I look forward to this Friday's adjustment to see if we can get some of those hard to open places to move a bit. I can feel my body wanting to let go. It feels now that it's almost begging to release. I have a massage scheduled for Tuesday this week and that too will add to the comfort I am releasing and relaxing into.

I went for a massage this week because last week was just not enough to get through these tight muscles. I had a different massage therapist this time around. Her name is Angelique. She is a rockstar.

It was suppose to be an hour massage. She asked if I'd be open to a 90 minute massage because some people have a hard time fully relaxing and since I was new to her she wanted to make sure she had enough time to cover everything and didn't want to be rushed. I agreed, because 90 minutes to indulge in massage is always on my list of things I want to do. She gathered some information about why I was there and what I was working on. I gave her the low down. We began.

Awesome thing about her, she is an energy worker too. So we get into this massage and she couldn't believe how tight my body was. She was picking up a lot from my field. One thing led to another and we ended up with a 2 hour massage that included some deep energy work. Like past lives deep and ancestral lineage healing.

I laid on that table crying. Because one, I needed someone to hear my body and help me and two, because of the massive amount of built up energy that finally moved. It was incredible. It was everything I have been asking my team to supply.

I was connected to Great Lakes Health & Wellness because they have the people I need to help me break through the big heavy baggage I have been tasked with releasing from my family lines. This job is not for the weak. Thank God there are people walking this Earth like Angelique. Because sometimes to move forward is to dig in deeper. To get in the sludge and clear it out energetically.
