We’re Hiring Yoga Instructors!

Little Zen Yoga is looking for confident, enthusiastic instructors to join our team this Fall 2025! 🍂

🍁We’re a mobile youth yoga + mindfulness program serving Cleveland-area schools and communities. If you love working with kids and care about wellness — we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who:
🍁Has experience with children

🍁 Has some yoga/mindfulness knowledge (not required!)

🍁Communicates with care + works well in a team

🍁Is available 10AM–12PM and/or 1PM–5PM (2–5 hrs/week)

🍁Is excited to grow in youth wellness

🌟As we gear up for an exciting summer, we’re kicking off our Strike A Pose yoga series—highlighting some of our favorite poses and their amazing benefits for kids!

🌟First up: STAR POSE

This simple yet powerful pose is a favorite in our classes—and here’s why:

-Builds Concentration Skills
- Improves Balance
-Body Awareness
-Good Postures

🌬️ Pairs perfectly with deep breathing for calming the body and mind.

🌟It’s also a great pose to try together at home with your Mini Warrior! Stand tall, spread those arms and legs wide, take a deep breath, and say, “I am strong. I am bright. I am a star!”

🧠We’re excited to honor this month by continuing our work with incredible daycares, schools, and youth organizations who are committed to supporting their students' mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

🧠Through our yoga and mindfulness enrichment programs, we help youth:
🌿 Reduce stress and anxiety
🌿 Build emotional resilience
🌿 Strengthen social & emotional skills
🌿 Learn essential coping tools

☀️Each yoga class blends:

A couple of weeks ago, I had the honor of serving as a judge for the Alpha Jump Catapult Competition, hosted at my alma mater, Saint Joseph Academy 💜

Alpha Jump! is an incredible program that introduces 6th–8th grade students to entrepreneurship—teaching them how to create, innovate, and market their business ideas. The Catapult Competition is the final regional “Shark Tank”-style event of the school year.

It was truly inspirational to witness the creativity, confidence, and passion these young minds brought to the table. Their ideas were thoughtful, bold, and filled with heart—reminding all of us what's possible when youth are given the tools to dream big.

✨ This One For The Grlz✨

✨I’m so excited to share that Little Zen Yoga will be returning as a Workshop Presenter at the 4th Annual Empower Me Conference!

✨This powerful event for young girls & teens is all about “Taking The Limits Off”, and we are honored to be part of it once again.

✨Last year, we explored the deeper meaning of yoga—how it mirrors life on and off the mat. We also introduced the girls to yoga fundamentals, restorative rest, and of course, my favorite—partner poses!

✨A huge THANK YOU to for inviting us back! We can’t wait to meet all the amazing girls, moms, and hear from the incredible lineup of speakers. See you there!

💗For our Warriors, this season has been all about LOVE and GRATITUDE. They’ve been learning to show love for the special people in their lives, and this week, they’re learning how to show it to themselves.
