If we reframe self-isolation and call it self care, it gives us the power to carve our our day with more options.
Music, art, writing, healthy eating, connecting with family, reading, meditation, yoga, walking/running/fresh air, connecting with those you love via FT...
*Note: I do understand the financial, pandemic and health stressors...but adding additional emotion distress only weakens the physical body. Allowing stress to take over places our bodies into “fight or flight”.
