Hi guys! It’s Quin here, just wanted to inform you guys that this Wednesday will be my last class I teach at Ritual Yoga. I’m so beyond thankful for everyone that showed their support for me and my classes and will always cherish the time we spent in the studio together. As Ritual yoga comes to a close, something new is sprouting. Our studio will be fully integrated with and will have more classes then ever! Everything from yoga, dance, HIIT classes and more. So this isn’t goodbye, our journey has just begun! For all of my lovely yoga friends, you will still have yoga on Wednesday at 6:30. Although the teacher won’t be hosting a climbing social after I hope to see the tradition carried on with all my yogis ❤️. I’ll be attending the first class after mine so hope too see you there! Join the Earth & Ether Experience on Sunday 9/03 at 7pm at Ritual Yoga for a unique somatic breathwork and sound bath journey.

This experience is an invitation to explore the unique terrain of your body and mind through the awareness of your breath.

𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻

Surrounded by a soundscape of crystal singing bowls we will begin the journey up the mountain through the breath.
We will start with slow gentle breathing as we begin climbing the mountain, gradually rising in intensity as we make our way to the top. Moving through layers of density and resistance in the mind and body. Rising triumphantly!

Then you will be guided downstream into an extremely relaxed state of being.
Allowing the breath and body to lead us to exactly where we need to be.
We are so excited to embark on this journey with you.

Thank you to everyone that came on our last retreat! We had so much fun that we decided to do it again :) we will be coming back to Fayetteville West Virginia August 24-27th. Next week is our Fayetteville retreat!! So the only yoga class that will be available next week is my Wednesday yoga & climb 🧗‍♀️ at 6:30 :) Thank you to everyone that signed up for the retreat!!
