Everyone dies eventually. We all know that. But what if it was not yet a loved one's time to die? what if their premature death was caused by a careless driver...or a medical mistake? The law allows the person's next of kin to bring a Wrongful Death claim to recover for losses like financial and emotional support. there are lots of other types of recoveries which the law requires to make a family whole.
