Neighborhood Family Practice staff came together for a special open house at the new Ann B. Reichsman Community Health Center—our first site in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood.

Touring the space and gathering as a team was an exciting step as we prepare to open our doors on March 2. This new site will bring together primary care, behavioral health, and midwifery services in a community-centered environment designed to serve our neighbors with high-value, integrated care.

New pediatric vaccination guidelines now focus on shared clinical decision-making — meaning families and health care providers work together to make informed choices.

Our first Neighborhood Family Practice 101 staff orientation of 2026 was a big success! 💙

✨ A New Chapter in Clark-Fulton ✨
The combined teams from Tremont and Ann B. Reichsman (ABR) health centers visited our new health center in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood.

The move in March is about more than a new building. Clark-Fulton is a historic, vibrant neighborhood shaped by generations of families, small businesses, and strong community pride—and it’s a place many of our staff and patients already call home.

Bringing our teams together here allows us to better align care, expand access, and invest in a neighborhood that has long been central to Cleveland’s west side. We’re honored to be part of this next chapter for our teams and the community we serve.

Neighborhood Family Practice was honored to participate in the CLE Pearls MLK Day of Service Community Wellness Expo at Westside Community House, connecting with neighbors and local partners to support health and wellness in the community.

Our team engaged with community members, shared health resources, and answered questions—including providing blood pressure screenings led by one of our nurse practitioners. Opportunities like this strengthen trust, increase access to care, and reinforce our commitment to meeting people where they are.
