Health Restoration Massage Health Restoration Massage primary focus is to bring relief to our clients that are suffering with chronic back pain.

Recently we are more focused on improving the health and well being of women 35-55 living with Fibromyalgia in and around our community here in Cleveland TN. The way we accomplish this is by providing a simple but profound alternative to stress and pain management in a non-invasive way, through clinical based therapeutic massage. We have no doubt that once committed to this alternative their quality of life can be greatly improved allowing them to do the things they love to do!

Meet Rose

My name is Rosemarie Ayoola and my passion is helping people who are experiencing lower back pain, neck and shoulder discomfort, headaches, insomnia and tight and sore muscles as well as those suffering from stress or depression.

Whenever a family member or friend is sick my first reaction is” How can I help?” And I would be so disappointed if I can’t help. My deep desire for wanting to help people feel better initiated my quest for knowledge and understanding of how the body functions, and thus the birth of my massage career.

When I realized some of the benefits of massage I knew my search was over, I was convinced that I had to learn as much as possible to use massage as a way to help people reduce pain and tension, to help with blood circulation,( you see, the life is in the blood) and also to help people relaxed from a stressful lifestyle.

I quit my job to go to massage school with no idea how I would survive but I did: God provided. When I started my clinical rotation, I knew right away that I wanted to have my own practice. I began my studies at Massage Institute in Cleveland TN in June 2015 , graduated 7 months later and was hired by the Chattanoogan Hotel as a Therapist in May 2016; I still work there on Sundays.
