Can you recognize postpartum?

The 4th Trimester
Postpartum depression can come at anytime. Rather it be your first or your 5th pregnancy it’s still very real. It sometimes is very subtle, missed phone calls/text.
Missed meals, unclean house, small anxieties ect.
Sometimes it can be a complete shut down! We sometimes go so hard we forget to care for our selves.
Baby is number one but what about mama? Here are some soft signs you may be experiencing postpartum depression:

-Mood swings
-Anxiety
-Sadness
-Irritability
-Feeling overwhelmed
-Crying without prompt or reason
-Reduced concentration
-Appetite problems
-Trouble sleeping

The list goes on and on
If you feel any of these symptoms or just have a case of
“the weepies” talk to someone, even your OBGYN can help! Remember, you weren’t put here to be alone and your not! You are strong(but you don’t have to be), you are beautiful, you are a mother!
